DEAR BENNY: I live in a 35-unit condominium complex. The homeowners association is incorporated and is led by a board of directors elected by the homeowners. I am concerned about the way the board of directors conducts the overall operation of the association. Our Pasadena office has moved. We are one block east on the corner of Colorado Blvd. and Marengo (the old Citizens Business Bank). Whether moving out of your home or your business office, it is emotional as you go through all of your office "memories", etc. Then, what to keep, what to throw away and a lot of "why did I hang on to this for so long?".
