What a beautiful summer! The rain we complained about early on made for one of the most gorgeous summers ever.
Real Estate continues to be a moving target. Our marketing and pricing strategies have had to change with the times making creativity a big part of our strategizing! There are some great deals to be had if you are interested in buying. We continue to see price drops and the value in some of the properties on the market is incredible. While we saw a decrease in the velocity of closed sales from June to July, we anticipate more action in the coming 2 months. August and September are typically busy months as buyers feel more urgency to purchase and settle into their new homes before the ski season.
